Founded in 2001, shortly after the 911 attacks in New York, Rhonda Roethel, Ed Sieber, and Patricia Rahn started their real estate firm and named it America 1 Realty to show their support. Today, Rhonda Roethel is the Owner and Operator of the firm at 1801 Ford Street in Ogdensburg, NY.
Rhonda has 20 years of experience in the area real estate market. In 2015 she retired from the United States Postal Service after 30 years of serving the Ogdensburg area as a letter carrier. In 2013 she was named The New York State Women of Distinction by Senator Patty Ritchie for her dedication and service to the community. She has served as President of the Lisbon Lion's Club, and received the Robert J. Uplinger Award for her commitment and service to the Lion's. She as also served on the cabinet of the Lion's Club 20W District Governor. She is the Coordinator of Volunteer Services for the Frederic Remington Art Museum, and has initiated many successful events for the museum. She is a member of the Ogdensburg Elks Lodge 772, and a Trustee of the Ogdensburg First Presbyterian Church.
Steve has over 15 years of real estate experience in the area market. Steve is retired from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, were he worked in Student Affairs.
